What checks are in place to ensure my leaflets actually land on the doormat?
We track all our distribution using GPS tracking devices and door knocking spot checks, we do acknowledge at times some leaflets do happen to stick together causing householders to get in contact. As a variable we advise that all of your stock will be delivered but at times due to collation we advise to allow for a 5% margin or error.
What will my leaflet be delivered with?
Depending on the delivery option you choose, solus delivery means your leaflet will be delivered on its own. Shared delivery means your leaflet will be distributed with a maximum of 2 other flyers from companies of a non-competing nature.
How much does it cost?
Because of where we are based our rates are the best in Cardiff, we other host a discount for the CF24 postal code and a standard delivery fee throughout the rest of Cardiff with a small premium for areas outside Cardiff.
If you have any specific requirements that are outside our standard service, please feel free to contact us.
We do try to accommodate your requests wherever possible. Please consider other factors that may affect price include bulky or heavier items, time sensitive items and some areas outside the main coverage area.
We also advise our customers that our contractors are all paid above the minimum wage.
What are your payments terms?
Customers are advised that even though they may have delivered items to our depot for delivery that these items don’t actually get scheduled for delivery until your invoice has been paid. Lead times of receipt of payment could be up to 10 days so for time sensitive material prompt payment is advisable.
Companies wishing to avail of credit can do so up to a maximum of 14 days. To acquire ‘Credit’ a Hard Credit Check will be carried out by our debt management partners Commercial and Domestic Investigations. Customers failing to maintain their credit agreement may be referred to their Collections Department.
What will the response level be?
LDP Services can not imply or guarantee any response to your material. Response levels are dependent on various factors including your message, the demographic you target and the product or service you are offering.
What can be delivered?
We are able to deliver a wide range of advertising materials, from A5 leaflets to a multi-page brochure.
How long will my leaflet distribution take?
There are several factors that will affect your delivery times, such as location and quantity of leaflets. As a company, we deliver over 8.5m leaflets every year so advise customers to plan their marketing campaigns in advance. Getting your leaflets to us well in advance will ensure all deliveries should go as planned, keep in mind that if we don’t have your stock when we cannot plan for your stock.
